You will also be responsible for ensuring all jobs are completed on time, with in budget and in compliance with client contracts.
You will also serve as a liaison for any design-build projects.- Entire PreConstruction Life-Cycle - walk-throughs, client meetings, negotiating and closing deals!!!!
